What and incredible achievement and outstanding effort from our Recom construction team, to deliver such a spectacular and high-quality project.

The site officially opened to the public on Wednesday 6th March with glowing reviews from all those in attendance, including the client, tenants, and public.

The opening of this second retail stage adds an impressive 16,700m2 of upmarket retail space, including over 60 new shops, a large format Coles supermarket, ultra-modern food court and ambient seating area, as well as a large external playground area and childcare facility.

Many thanks to the Mainbrace Constructions team, their client Greenfields Development Company and the Perich family, for the opportunity to work closely with them all again on such a critical and high-profile project.
