The project began with the objective of expanding the existing store to include a new Direct to Boot facility and Canopy, designed to improve the efficiency of the online shopping experience. From the start, our team has been focused on meeting the exacting standards set by Woolworths. 

A significant milestone was the installation of the precast panels, which was completed ahead of schedule. This has laid a solid foundation for the subsequent phases of construction, reflecting the effectiveness of our processes and the commitment of the 345 Projects team. 

As we approach the halfway point of the project, we are pleased to report that the site is now “out of the ground,” with ongoing progress each week. Aaron Ho and James Walker have been instrumental in maintaining the project’s momentum, ensuring that all aspects are managed efficiently and within the planned timeline. 

Looking ahead, our focus is to complete the extension as planned, with a continued emphasis on meeting our delivery targets. The transformation of Woolworths Ferntree Gully is well underway, and we will continue to provide updates as we move closer to project completion. 

This expansion is not solely about increasing physical space; it is about enhancing the customer experience and responding to the growing demand for eCommerce solutions.
